At Sytrix Consultancy Private Limited, we’re committed to delivering impactful career training and mentorship services. We also understand that plans change, so we’ve created a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellations
- You may request a cancellation within 7 days of full enrolment, provided the training has not yet started.
- Once you begin accessing services like mentorship, mock interviews, resume assistance, or training materials, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
- Full refunds are available if no services have been accessed and the request is made within the 7-day window.
- Partial refunds may be granted under special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation), subject to management approval.
- All refund requests must be emailed to support@sytrixconsultancy.com with relevant details.
Non-Refundable Conditions
After the program has started, the following services are no longer eligible for a refund:
- Pre-registration fee
- Course/program fee
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.
