Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are available if no services have been accessed and the request is made within the 7-day window.
  • Partial refunds may be granted under special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation), subject to management approval.
  • All refund requests must be emailed to support@sytrixconsultancy.com with relevant details.

After the program has started, the following services are no longer eligible for a refund:

  • Pre-registration fee
  • Course/program fee

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.
