Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Present and promote Sytrix’s training and placement services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and progress using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, GSuite and online research tools.
  • Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, or consulting is a plus.
