Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present and promote Sytrix’s training and placement services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and progress using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, GSuite and online research tools.
- Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, or consulting is a plus.
